Steps to Delete Your Account:

Check your email inbox for a verification message from HSH Tech

Click the verification link in the email to confirm your identity
4
Follow the link to complete the account deletion process
Data That Will Be Deleted:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Delivery history and records
- Account settings and preferences
- Payment information and transaction history
- Profile pictures and uploaded documents
- Location data and delivery addresses
Data Retention Policy:
- Your account will be marked for deletion immediately
- Personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance for up to 90 days
- Backup systems will be purged within 60 days

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your delivery history, ongoing deliveries, and any remaining balance in your account.
